This page explains how to delete data that Propello Suite, operated by Propello Inc., stores about you — including data obtained from connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.
When you connect a Facebook Page or linked Instagram Business account, we store an access token, the Page or account identifier, the account name, and the granted permission scopes. We use this only to list your Pages and to publish posts you approve.
To delete this data:
Disconnecting immediately erases the stored access token and marks the connection as revoked. No further Facebook or Instagram data is requested or stored after that point.
You may also revoke access directly from Facebook:
This revokes our access tokens at Meta. To also erase the records held on our servers, follow the steps in Section 1 or submit a request under Section 3.
To request deletion of all personal data we hold about you, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include the word "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. We will confirm in writing once deletion is complete.
Posts already published to your own Facebook Page or Instagram account are owned and controlled by you. Delete those directly on Facebook or Instagram — we cannot remove them once published.
