Automation — Propello Suite

Automate follow-ups, stage changes, and notifications when events fire—without Zapier glue between systems.

Problems it solves

Forgotten follow-ups — Quotes expire because nobody got reminded.
Manual status emails — Staff send the same update hundreds of times.
Zapier bills — Fragile zaps break when fields change.

How it works

Pick a trigger — New quote, stage change, or inbound email.
Add conditions — Customer tags, amounts, or decoration type.
Run actions — Tasks, emails, or field updates.
Review — Logs show what fired and when.

What's included

Workflow builder — Visual rules on platform events.
Email automations — Quote reminders and status templates.
Task creation — Assign follow-ups to roles.
Stage automations — Kanban moves trigger notifications.
Aria assists — AI suggests rules from patterns.
